Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure payment methods including:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, UnionPay (Japan)

Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with SSL to ensure your personal and payment information is protected.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, please contact us as soon as possible at support@summerfurniture.co.uk or call 0207 856 0175. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free UK delivery on all orders unless otherwise stated.

How long does delivery take?
Most items are delivered within 3–7 business days. Larger furniture pieces may take longer and will be arranged with a courier.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please review our Returns Policy for more details.

How do I request a return?
Email us at support@summerfurniture.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Product Information

Are your products under warranty?
Yes, many of our items come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. Please refer to individual product pages for warranty details.

Do you offer assembly services?
Some of our furniture requires light assembly. While we currently do not offer an assembly service, we provide clear instructions with all products.
